We are delighted to present Hibernia at Airfield. Airfield is a unique 38 acre working farm and gardens in Dundrum on Dublin City’s doorstep. Airfield is helping people to make more informed and better food choices for themselves, their pocket and the planet.
Hibernia is a new Irish market shop concept participating in Airfield Market focused on presenting the very best in sustainably sourced local and international foods. Our Roundstone Bakehouse Irish sourdough is made using time, skill and fermentation to give consumers bread without compromise. Taste it and you will know what great bread really is. Our meats, cheese, charcuterie, chocolate, condiments, fruit and vegetables are sourced from the very best producers raising the bar of what our customers should expect of great sustainable, nutritious, delicious food.
Our team know and love food and have a depth of experience and advice to share with our customers so you can make the very most of your produce with your friends and family.
